A Personal Journey

In 2010, Marcia founded iRehab Services with one clear goal: to provide meaningful, empowering care to people with TBI, concussion, aphasia, and other neurological disorders. Marcia wanted to build a multidisciplinary team — originally speech therapists, occupational therapists, and teachers — that could treat adult patients, mainly in homes, to deliver functional care that involves the entire family. Since then, she has expanded to include social work services.

A Mission That Continues to Evolve

Over the years, Marcia realized how much the pediatric world also needed this approach. Today, iRehab Services continues to expand, with the goal of finding like-minded clinicians throughout Michigan who share the same values and dedication to quality care.

Marcia emphasizes the importance of proactive education and early intervention. Whether it’s early signs of dementia in older adults or developmental milestones in children, iRehab Services works to help families recognize needs before challenges become overwhelming — improving cognition, communication, and overall family functioning.
