We provide treatment in the Home, Community and via Telehealth. In person treatment is available in: Metropolitan Detroit, Greater Flint, Greater Grand Rapids and Muskegon.

Marcia’s journey began in college when her grandmother encouraged her to explore Speech-Language Pathology. After earning her degree from Michigan State and a Master’s from Purdue, she began her career in skilled nursing and hospital settings, where her passion for supporting individuals with traumatic brain injuries took root.

With three decades of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Case Manager, Marcia recognized a growing need for in-home therapy services. In 2010, she founded iRehab Services to create more meaningful, empowering relationships between clients and therapists. Today, iRehab is built on the belief that therapy should be personal, collaborative, and rooted in trust.
